EVENTS
To submit an event for publication on our calendar, send complete information (date, time, duration (expected length of event), place, scope (men/women/children, public/invitation), and a brief description to: events@chicagoanash.com. The event information will be posted exactly as sent, so please ensure that all pertinent information is given! Events that are "by invitation only" (like a Chassena, Bar Mitzvah, etc.) may be listed so that others may avoid creating conflicts. Please list events as early as possible... remember that the calendar is normally updated only once a week!

Events are color coded as follows:

Yellow = Public, Men + Women
Blue = Public, Men only
Pink = Public, Women only
Green = Invitation only

If you click on a defined event title, a popup window will display additional information.

[A note about the calendar: Regularly-occurring classes that are regional in nature -- for example, geared to a particular shul or Chabad House -- will not normally be listed. We assume that such classes are advertised to the appropriate audience or are listed on a linked web site. Classes which are not advertised elsewhere and are open to the community may be listed here.]

EMAIL or NEWS ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mazel Tovs or other announcements? Send brief information to: announce@chicagoanash.com in a form that can be easily "cut and pasted" to an email list announcement. Please note: To avoid any question of "ayin hara", we choose to publish mazel tovs only after an event takes place. When sending us information, please include the date of the event! Also: we will not publish any announcements sent anonymously -- we need to know that information is accurate before we publish it.

PHOTOS
To submit digital images of a recent event, send as Jpeg (.jpg) attachments to an email to: photos@chicagoanash.com (photos should be sized at 3"x4" at 72 dpi. Please include a brief description of the event and date)

SITE LINKS
To submit a web site link for consideration, send details to: links@chicagoanash.com

Advertise your business on ChicagoAnash.com!
If you have a commercial web site, you can have a link to it on our Sponsor Links page at the very nominal cost of $10 per year (to help cover the cost of this site.)
